21st CENTURY SITE DIRECTOR / ELEMENTARY COORDINATOR

Elementary Campus

Primary Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the 21st Century Grant/Elementary Operations, under the direction of the campus principal, ensure sound implementation of instruction and procedures to improve campus success

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Master’s degree in educational administration
Valid Texas principal and/or appropriate certificate
Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser

Special Knowledge/Skills:
Working knowledge of Academic and Behavior strategies
Ability to evaluate intervention and enrichment programs
Ability to manage campus safety and discipline procedures
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Working knowledge in Special Programs to include but not limited to Special Education, ESL, 504 and Instructional Technology
Ability to interpret data
Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills

Experience:
5 years classroom teacher experience
3 years instructional leadership experience

Based on Professional Salary Pay Grade
